The substance tends to polymerize when heated. However, BAM does not have any concrete values, which is why it was decided here for safety reasons to assign the substance to UN No. 3531 (worst case).
The substance has to be assigned to UN No. 3077 because of its environmentally hazardous properties if the user has data, that the substance has a self-accelerating polymerization temperature (SAPT) of more than 75 C and a heat of reaction of not more than 300 J/g when transported in packagings, IBCs or tanks.
